About Dr. Horowitz
Dr. Horowitz was "an internationally known dental epidemiologist, educator and public health advocate" whose research focused on preventing tooth decay in children. His studies provided evidence supporting community and school-based fluoride and dental sealant programs.

Established 2023. For MPH or equivalent CEPH-accredited degrees, or doctoral degrees (DrPH, PhD) in dental public health fields.
